Tips for FLawlessly Operating a Cake Display Fridge

In daily use, correct use of cake display fridge is very important to extend the service life of cake display fridges. Let’s briefly introduce a few tips:

1. When installing the Cooluma cake display fridge, please leave at least 10cm (4 inches) of space behind the cabinet to facilitate good ventilation of the refrigerator and ensure the cooling effect of the equipment.

4. When using it for the first time, the machine should be run without load for 1-2 hours. When the operation reaches a stable state, it should be shut down, and then put in food and turned on. Note that there should not be too much food in the fridge at any time. Too much food may cause damage to the refrigerated showcase.  And the showcase may frost.

5. In order to protect the compressor, frequent power on and off (or frequent power on and off) is not allowed. Even if some products have delay protection, they cannot be turned on frequently.

6. The temperature of the refrigerated showcase is generally adjusted and locked in factory, and there is generally no need to adjust it; if you need to adjust it again, you can set it according to the user guide.

7. When storing items, handle them with care. Do not throw items into the cabinet to avoid damaging the inner wall.

8. A certain distance should be kept around the walls of the Cooluma cake display fridge. Food should not be placed too close to the air outlet. Appropriate gaps should be kept when placing goods to facilitate air convection and maintain uniform temperature.

9. Conventional Cooluma cake display fridges are designed for ambient temperatures below 32°C (90F). Please pay attention to the ambient temperature of the cake display fridge you use. Moreover, the cake display fridge cannot be exposed to direct sunlight or used in an oven.

10. The power supply of the cake display fridge must use an independent socket. The current capacity of the socket and power cord should not be less than the specifications specified in the manual. The socket must have reliable grounding:

11. Conventional Cooluma cake display fridges generally use 220V/50HZ single-phase AC power, and the acceptable input voltage range is 187-242V. If the voltage in the area is unstable, please use a voltage stabilizer with more than five times the power.

12. The defrosting function of the Cooluma cake display fridge is automatically controlled by a microcomputer. It will automatically stop operating and enter the defrosting state (it is normal for the temperature to rise slightly during defrosting). After defrosting, the freezer will automatically resume cooling operation and defrost. Work should be done regularly.

13. The habit of reducing the number of times the door is opened and shortening the time it takes to open the door can save electricity. Frequent opening and closing of cabinet doors may cause frost and other conditions, which will also affect the freshness preservation effect.
