First of all, the compressor is the key to core refrigeration, just like the human heart, it can suck in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas, compress it through mechanical motion, and turn the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, causing the internal temperature and pressure to rise significantly.
Secondly, the condenser will have a condensation process, the purpose of which is to dissipate the heat in the refrigerant to the surrounding environment. By exchanging heat with the outside air, the refrigerant gas gradually cools, and then becomes a high-pressure and low-temperature liquid, which is necessary.
Of course, the liquid refrigerant is cooled by the throttle component at high pressure and low temperature, and the flow and pressure of the refrigerant are controlled by the throttle component, so that when the liquid refrigerant passes through it, the pressure decreases into a low-pressure and low-temperature liquid.
Finally, the evaporator will act as an important part. The evaporator is located at the bottom of the ice cream cabinet. It continuously absorbs the heat in the cabinet, so that the temperature in the cabinet can reach and maintain around -18 degrees. The principle is that the liquid nitrogen refrigerant liquid absorbs the heat inside the ice cream cabinet. The liquid state is converted to a gaseous state, thereby reducing the temperature around the evaporator and achieving the cooling effect.
In addition, high-end ice cream cabinets are equipped with a microcomputer control system to effectively control the temperature. When the temperature in the cabinet is higher than the set temperature of -18 degrees, the system will start the compressor and other refrigeration components to work. When the temperature reaches or falls below the set value, the system will control the refrigeration components to stop working or reduce power to maintain temperature stability.
