Correct installation of ice cream cabinet casters

Ice cream cabinet casters are generally universal wheels, which can be adjusted at will, with brake fixing, and are friendly to desktop freezers that often need to be moved.

To install the ice cream cabinet casters, please refer to the following steps. Be sure to disconnect the power supply before operation to ensure safety:

I. Preparation

Tool materials: suitable casters (universal wheel or fixed wheel, choose according to needs), screwdriver, wrench, screw (if casters are not equipped), electric drill (if punching is required).

Check the parts: confirm the bottom structure of the ice cream cabinet and check whether there are reserved installation holes.

Ⅱ.Installation steps

①positioning

If there is a reserved hole, it directly corresponds to the hole position; if not, mark the punching position evenly according to the four corners or edges of the bottom of the cabinet to ensure the force balance.

②Punching (without reserved holes)

Use an electric drill to punch holes in the marks, and the hole diameter matches the screws to clean up the debris in the holes.

③Fixed casters

Align the caster mounting plate to the hole, insert the screw from the bottom, and tighten it with a screwdriver or wrench to ensure that the caster is stable and does not shake.

④debugging

After installation, gently push the ice cream cabinet to check whether the caster rotation is flexible and the cabinet is stable. If there is any shaking, you need to re-tighten the screws or adjust the position.

III. Precautions

Select casters that match the load to avoid overload damage.

Avoid damage to the internal circuit or insulation layer of the cabinet during installation.
